The Mundelein Police Department joined forces with thousands of communities nationwide for the “25th Annual National Night Out” (NNO) crime and drug prevention event." National Night Out, sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW) and co-sponsored locally by the Mundelein Police Department, involved people from more than 10,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases around the world. Even Ronald McDonald came out to take a stand against crime and drugs.
Over 91 volunteers
assisted with the event which was held on the Santa Maria Del Popolo grounds and
over 1300 people attended.
